Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 August 2026
This policy explains what DND collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the software, the loader and this website. Using the Services means you accept it.
1What this website collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third party resources, so no other company is told that you visited. You can confirm all of that by reading the page source. The server keeps ordinary web logs, which record the request and an IP address and are used only to keep the site running.
Following a link to Discord or to the documentation hands you to that service, which has its own policy. The referrer is stripped on the way out, so they are not told which page you came from.
2What the software collects
To create and run your account, we hold:
- Your username, as the name your account is known by.
- Your password, hashed. It is stored only as a hash, so we cannot read it, recover it, or tell you what it is.
- Your licence key and its status, so we know what your account is entitled to use.
- Your Discord ID, where you link a Discord account, so we can match a purchase or a support request to you.
3Diagnostic and usage data
The software may report technical information back to us: which version you are running, whether it started correctly, errors it ran into, and signals we use to tell whether one licence is being used by several people at once.
This exists to keep the Services working and to enforce our terms. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not sold.
4Why we hold it
We use what we collect to:
- Create your account and sign you in.
- Check that a licence is valid and covers the person using it.
- Deliver updates and keep the Services running.
- Investigate faults and answer support requests.
- Detect and act on sharing, tampering and other breaches of our terms.
- Meet obligations the law places on us.
5Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. It is shared only with the providers we use to run the Services, such as hosting, and only as far as they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
6How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period and then removed. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it.
7Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what we hold, including hashing passwords and encrypting traffic between you and our servers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that yours never will be reached, but we will tell you if something happens that affects your account.
8Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Ask through the Discord server and we will deal with it. Deleting your account ends your access to the Services, and cannot be undone.
9Children
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Small changes are reflected by the date at the top of this page. If we change what we collect, why we use it, or who we share it with in a way that materially affects you, we will say so through the software or the Discord server before it takes effect.
11Contact
Questions about this policy, or about your information, go to the official Discord server.
